耳软骨炎
chondritis of auricle,auricular chondritis
外耳烧伤时可并发耳软骨炎症。耳软骨感染后，坏死，排出，造成小耳畸形。耳软骨炎时疼痛剧烈，耳郭红肿，进而成脓肿，破溃流脓，坏死的耳软骨不清除，难以愈合。耳软骨炎的发生与局部潮湿、受压、感染有关。所以外耳烧伤后需经常保持创面干燥，随时拭去渗液，外用磺胺嘧啶银混悬液或碘附软膏，并配合热风治疗，以防耳软骨炎。若已有耳软骨炎，除上述处理外，于耳根部注射敏感抗生素。若已形成脓肿、死骨，应尽早手术引流，切除坏死软骨。
