胆囊结石并发慢性胆囊炎症，病理改变从轻度的胆囊壁慢性炎症细胞浸润至胆囊组织结构破坏，纤维瘢痕增生萎缩，完全丧失生理功能，或并发胆囊外的并发症。表现为右上腹隐痛，放射到右侧肩背部，消化功能差，进食肥腻食物会诱发胆绞痛。B型超声波对慢性结石性胆囊炎诊断的正确率达95%以上。症状明显者须行胆囊切除手术治疗。
