急救护理学是培养护生综合职业能力的一门重要的护理专业课程,天津医科大学护理学院一向注重急救护理实验教学的开展,在传统教学的基础上,不断改进教学方法,根据标准临床病案设计急救护理预案,综合应用各项急救护理技术,充分利用ECS等高端医学模型进行模拟演练、培训,增强了学生的综合急救技能和创新能力。

Objective: According to the standard of norm-referenced test, by evaluating the item difficulty, discrimination and other indexes of paper-and-pencil test of emergency nursing from grade 2004 to grade 2005 of 3 institutions in Shanxi Province, proposition and possible drawbacks of education would be found accordingly, and thus relevant reasons and resolutions would be proposed.
目的:按照常模参照考试的标准,通过对山西省三所医学院校04-05级普通本科《急救护理学》考试试题的难度、区分度等指标的计算评价,分析目前我省急救护理学试卷命题中所存在的问题,及由此反映出来教学环节中可能存在的不完善之处,分析其原因并提出解决对策。
