| 熏药法 利于熏蒸的药液治疗疾病的方法。包括熏蒸与熏洗两大类。①熏蒸疗法是将药物燃烧或加水煮沸后产生的蒸气熏蒸患处，具有疏通气血、活血化瘀、祛风寒湿邪功效。又称汽浴疗法。主治外感风寒及骨伤科疾患如颈、肩、腰、腿、关节疼痛等病症。②熏洗疗法是待熏蒸的药液降温后，以药液淋洗局部的方法。它是借助热度和药力，通过皮肤粘膜作用于肌体，促使腠理疏通，脉络调和，气血流畅。药液的淋洗又能使疮口洁净，祛除毒邪，从而达到治疗目的。该法分全身熏洗与局部熏洗。局部又有手、足、眼熏洗、坐浴熏洗等。临床上广泛用于治疗风寒感冒、风湿性关节炎、脱发、疖肿、手足癣、湿疹皮炎、跌打损伤及眼科疾患等。 |
