又称“人工心”。是心肺机系统的心脏部分,是血液灌注和回收的动力部分。其主要作用是代替心室的搏出功能和术中失血的回收或心脏停搏液的灌注。按其使用目的分为动脉泵、静脉泵、吸引泵和灌注泵,按其结构分为指压式泵、往复式泵、滚柱式泵和离心泵,目前应用最广泛的是滚柱泵,较新而有发展前景的是离心泵。当今的滚柱泵具有电脑控制,亦可双向驱动并有产生搏动血流的功能。
