减影
影像学术语。减影的英文词subtraction原意为“减法”，被移植到血管造影范畴内特指消除非血管的背景结构、只保留血管影像的处理方法。早年消除血管造影影像中非血管结构影像的构想是Ziedses des plantes 1934年提出的，一直沿用到80年代初。早年减影方式是光学减影法，即先将拟观察部位无血管显影的照片与一未感光胶片一起用可见光感光，翻拍为正片，作为“蒙片”(mask)，再与已有血管显影的照片精确重合，经可见光感光，使背景结构的密度互相抵消，在另一张未感光的胶片上只遗留血管影像。减影的方式可明显改善血管系统的显示，尤其在与颅骨不可避免地重合的脑血管造影检查中尤有价值。但是光学减影法的几次翻拍过程中只能丢失而不能增加信息量，且需浪费大量胶片，故现已被数字减影血管造影(DSA)所取代。
