| 便秘 constipation 排便次数明显减少，每2～3天或更长时间一次，无规律，粪质干硬，常伴有排便困难感的病理现象。有些正常人数天才排便一次，但无不适感，这种情况不属便秘。便秘可区分为急性与慢性两类。急性便秘由肠梗阻、肠麻痹、急性腹膜炎、脑血管意外等急性疾病引起；慢性便秘病因较复杂，一般可无明显症状。按发病部位分类，可分为两种：①结肠性便秘。由于结肠内、外的机械性梗阻引起的便秘称之为机械性便秘。由于结肠蠕动功能减弱或丧失引起的便秘称之为无力性便秘。由于肠平滑肌痉挛引起的便秘称之为痉挛性便秘。②直肠性便秘。由于直肠粘膜感受器敏感性减弱导致粪块在直肠堆积。见于直肠癌、肛周疾病等。习惯性便秘多见于中老年和经产妇女。 |
