男性尿道的狭窄与弯曲部
解剖术语。男性尿道管径全长粗细不一，有3个狭窄处，分别位于尿道内口、尿道膜部和尿道外口。阴茎弛软下垂时，尿道全长有二个弯曲：①耻骨下弯：位于耻骨联合下方，凹向前方，此弯曲因尿道位置固定而不能改变；②耻骨前弯：位于耻骨联合的前下方，凹向后下。如将阴茎向上提起，此弯曲即可变直。临床常利用此特点向尿道内插入导管，进入膀胱。
