【出处】《普济方》
【组成】防风、白芷各120克。
【功用】祛风，燥湿，镇痛。
【主治】头痛起于感受风寒之后，其痛或连项背，或痛连眼眶、颊部，恶风寒，喜裹头戴帽。舌淡苔薄白，证属风寒头痛者。
【制法】上药共研细末混匀。每服用茶叶6克，加水3O0毫升煮沸，取汁置保温瓶中，兑入药末12～18克，盖闷15分钟后摇匀，代茶分次服用。每日1剂。
【宜忌】阴虚血热者忌服。
【按语】《普济方》用此方治“偏正头风，痛不忍者”。方中防风功能发表、胜湿，祛风、止痛。《药类法象》说它“治风通用。泻肺实，散头目中滞气，除上焦风邪”。据药理研究，防风具有解热、抗炎、镇痛等作用。香白芷功能祛风、燥湿、止痛，《本草求真》谓其“通窍行表，为足阳明经祛风散寒主药，故能治阳明一切头面诸疾，如头目昏痛，眉棱骨痛”。配伍清头目的茶叶，不仅治疗风寒感冒头痛有效，对内外伤头痛、偏正头痛也有镇痛作用。
