4-Isopropylbenzoic acid was hydrogenated to give a mixture of cis-and trans-4-isopropyl-cyclohexanecarboxylic acid (76∶24),the mixture was transformed into the acylchoride with PCl5 ,and then condensed with D-phenylalaine,after recrystallization from acetonitrile,nateglinide cis-isomer was obtained which may be served as the reference in the quality control of nateglinide.
4-异丙基苯甲酸经氢化还原得4-异丙基环己基甲酸的顺式和反式(76∶24)混合物,不分离制成酰氯后,与D-苯丙氨酸缩合,得那格列奈及其顺式异构体混合物,经乙腈重结晶得那格列奈顺式异构体,可作为那格列奈质量控制的参照物。
