Methods Sixty ASAⅠ-Ⅱ patients(aged 18-60 years and weighing 52-69kg) undergoing elective abdominal or spinal surgery under general anesthesia were randomly divided into three groups: when the blood loss ≥50ml,20 patients receiving SDP(SDP group),20 receiving fresh frozen plasma(FFP group) and 20 receiving 10% hydroxyethyl starch(HES group).
分段随机法随机分为3组:S/D血浆组(SDP组,n=20)、普通新鲜冰冻血浆组(FFP组,n=20)、10%羟乙基淀粉组(HES组,n=20)。

结果,在22℃条件下,干燥的生理盐水纱布上淋球菌,放置1h,有50%检样培养阳性,24h全部无菌生长;干燥的新鲜血浆纱布上淋球菌,放置24h有20%检样培养阳性,48h全部无菌生长。

采血后6小时内分离，并在-30℃以下冻存的血浆。这种血浆含全部血浆蛋白质，各种凝血因子及补体。有效期为1年。用前置37℃水浴中，融化后的血浆应立即经滤网输注。
