HLA
浓缩白细胞输血可用于严重的粒细胞减少,用抗生素无效的严重感染病例。输注前,目前只行常规的ABO血型鉴定,并不作常规的人类白细胞抗原(HLA)分型和配合试验。输注后可发生寒战、发热,呼吸困难和血压下降等反应症状,应进行对症处理,并立即停止输注。
