方法以ALL小鼠为模型,经致死剂量60Co照射后,对其进行同种异基因骨髓移植的同时,静脉输注经ALA-PDT处理的供受鼠混合淋巴细胞,同时设立骨髓细胞加脾细胞移植对照组及空白对照组。

同种异体骨髓移植
骨髓移植中最常用的一种方法。是指供者-受者间主要组织间相容性抗原配合的同种不同个体间的骨髓移植。主要在同胞兄弟姊妹间进行。将同胞兄弟姊妹骨髓组织中的造血干细胞,通过一定途径移植至病人的骨髓,重新建立骨髓的造血功能和免疫功能。对严重联合免疫缺陷综合征,重型再生障碍性贫血和急性白血病等有一定疗效。
