| 卫气 运行于人体经脉之外，具有保卫作用的气。卫气与营气相对而言属阳，故又称卫阳。卫气主要来自脾胃运化的水谷精微，由水谷精微中慓疾滑利的部分所化生。卫气出于中焦，在肺的宣化作用下，附行于经脉之外，布散于全身，外而肌腠皮毛，内而胸腹脏腑。主要有护卫肌表，防御外邪入侵，驱邪外出；温养脏腑、肌肉、皮毛，保持体温；调节肌腠的开合、汗液的排泄等作用。因此，当卫气不足时，人体防御功能低下，出现汗出、怕风，易患外感等症状。 |
