intraperitoneal hemorrhage of postgastrectomy
指胃部分切除术后发生于腹腔内的出血。常由于手术时损伤脾、血管结扎不完善而在关腹前未被发现。患者有出血症状，胃管内无血液吸出。腹腔穿刺抽得血液。若出血后6h内输血1000ml以上症状仍不好转，应剖腹探查止血。
