侧支循环
collateral circulation
侧支循环为血管主干近侧分支和远侧分支之间所形成的血管网。这些血管网是固有的,平常处于静止状态,不起作用。但当主干发生阻塞时就活跃起来,承担部分血流循环任务,以补充主干血循环的不足,甚至完全代替。这就可以保证组织的血流供应不致断绝。全身各处几乎都有侧支循环,但其发达程度不一致,四肢的最为发达。体力劳动、体育运动和物理疗法等均能促使侧支循环发育旺盛和导致其从静止状态转入活跃状态。
