伤科 伤科 学科名。是以专门诊疗跌打损伤所致伤折的专科。《周礼·天官》所记疡医“掌肿疡、溃疡、金疡、折疡之祝药。”其所分之金疡与折疡，属最早之伤科。汉代边防军已设有专门记录伤科病证的《折伤薄》。成书于唐代之《理伤续断方》，是我国现存最早的一部骨伤科专书。伤科之诊疗范围，按现代习惯，多包括有金刃伤、跌打损伤、斗殴伤、骨折、关节脱臼、虫兽咬伤等。
