		分子式C8H7N3O5,分子量225.17,又名呋喃唑酮,黄色粉末,几乎无味。可溶于水。对大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌等最敏感,但口服时肠道不易吸收。用于治疗痢疾和肠炎,也用于治疗泌尿道感染。可由β-羟基乙基肼与碳酸二乙酯经环合、缩合制得。
