利用免疫反应特异性与荧光染色相结合的一种方法。临床常用者有直接法和间接法两种。前者特异性强，但需制备各种抗原的相应荧光抗体；后者加用荧光标记的非特异的免疫球蛋白抗体可测多种抗原，灵敏性较直接法为高，但易产生非特异性反应。
