Methods A nucleus multi-function meter was used to measure the 99mTc uptake rate and 131I uptake rate from 49 patients with hyperthyroidism without taking medicine(group A),13 patients with hyperthyroidism received medicine(group B),9 patients with subacute thyroiditis (group C) and 18 healthy individuals(control group).
