perianal abscess
肛门周围软组织发生急性化脓性感染并形成脓肿。本病好发于新生儿，局部有红肿、硬结及压痛。有时脓肿自行破溃形成肛瘘。轻者患儿只于排便时哭闹，重者可有高热、拒食、呕吐，直肠指诊剧痛。治疗上应用抗生素控制感染；排便后清洗肛门，局部热敷或热水坐浴；化脓者应切开引流。
