To study the effects of Yaotuitong capsule on Hemorheology of experimental rats with chemical radicular neuritis, 96 Wistar rats were divided into four groups: normal, blank, aspirin and Yaotuitong capsule group.

| 腰腿痛 low back and legspain in 以腰部和腿部疼痛为主要证状的伤科病证 。主要包括现代医学的腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎椎管狭窄症等。隋代巢元方《诸病源候论》指出该病与肾虚、风邪入侵有密切关系。腰腿痛多因扭闪外伤、慢性劳损及感受风寒湿邪所致。轻者腰痛，经休息后可缓解，再遇轻度外伤或感受寒湿仍可复发或加重；重者腰痛，并向大腿后侧及小腿后外侧及脚外侧放射疼痛，转动、咳嗽、喷嚏时加剧，腰肌痉挛，出现侧弯。直腿抬高试验阳性，患侧小腿外侧或足背有麻木感，甚至可出现间歇性跛行。治疗宜采用腰部推拿按摩手法，手法治疗后，宜以腰围固定腰部，静卧硬板床休息，适当进行功能锻炼。亦可配合热敷、理疗、针灸、局部封闭及内服活血化瘀、祛风通络之剂。若病情严重，保守治疗无效者，可采取手术治疗。 |
