急性型再生障碍性贫血
再生障碍性贫血的一型。此型症状较重，早期以出血、感染、发热、口腔及咽部溃疡为主要表现，而以出血最为特征，皮肤瘀斑、鼻衄、齿龈出血、消化道出血、女性月经过多等均较多见。眼底可见小出血点、出血斑和火焰状出血，甚至颅内出血，可致死亡。这种病例病情险恶、病程短促，进展迅速。感染和出血常相互影响，互为因果，促进病情日趋恶化。一般治疗方法效果不佳，多数在一年内死亡。
