问寒热 问寒热 诊断学术语。为问诊内容之一。问寒热情况可以辨别疾病阴阳属性，表里气血虚实。外感发热伴有恶寒，属表证；不恶寒而高热，或日晡潮热，属里证。寒热往来，属半表半里证；定时发作，隔日或三日一发，多为疟疾。内伤发热，早热暮凉或暮稍轻，多属气虚；午后发热或暮热早凉，五心烦热，多属阴虚血虚、骨蒸劳热。平时怕冷，四肢发凉，气短自汗，多属阳虚。身热不扬，虽发热而皮肤不灼手，汗出不解，多属湿温。但寒不热，多为里寒；但热不寒，多为里热。长期低热，多见于内伤病和温热病的后期。
