减肥菜谱香菇豆腐
原料:豆腐300克,香菇3只,榨菜、酱油、糖、香油、淀粉适量。
制作方法:(1)将豆腐切成四方小块,中心挖空;(2)将洗净泡软的香菇剁碎,榨菜剁碎,加入调味料及淀粉拌匀即为馅料;(3)将馅料酿入豆腐中心,摆在碟上蒸熟,淋上香油、酱油即可食用。
功效:香菇可降低胆固醇,豆腐有利减肥。
