早期凹陷型胃癌
病理学术语。早期胃癌的类型之一。生长于粘膜和粘膜下层的癌肿，其表面坏死脱落，形状明显凹陷，深度在5mm以上，形态大小不一，边界不甚规则。上胃肠道造影充盈较多钡剂后作切线位投照时，表现为胃壁轮廓上深5mm以上的龛影突出，底部大多毛糙不齐，有时表现为胃壁轮廓毛糙或不整、局部僵硬。双重造影时，凹陷处有钡剂聚集，密度较淡，形态多不规则，邻近粘膜纹常呈杵状中断，有时仅呈环状影，为凹陷的四壁切线投照的结果。
