适应症： 疗效可能比氨苯枫好，疗程短，毒性低，无蓄积性。适用于对枫类药物过敏者。
用量用法：
开始每次１２．５～２５ｍｇ，日服１～２次，以后逐渐增至每日１００ｍｇ，服１日停１日，连服３月停１周。１日至多不超过１５０ｍｇ。
注意事项： 可有皮肤瘙痒，并能诱发麻风反应。
规格： 片剂：２５ｍｇ。
