[制法]：1.乌鸡肉去肥油，洗净切块；制首乌、黄芪、当归分别用清水洗净，装入干净的纱布袋里，并扎紧袋口；红枣去核洗净。
2.将以上备用料一齐放入砂煲内，加清水适量，武火煮沸后，改用文火煲2小时，捞起药袋，调味供用。
