补充资料:口腔粘膜病
| 口腔粘膜病 oral mucosa,diseases of 口腔某一部位粘膜的正常色泽、外形、完整性与功能等发生改变的疾病。病变种类繁多,可以组合成复杂多样的损害。有些全身性疾病也在口腔粘膜上有所表现,而有些口腔表征可作为全身疾病诊断的依据或线索。其发病因素方面,除了少数与口腔条件直接相关外,绝大多数与全身或系统因素的关系密切(见表1)。随着免疫学研究的不断发展,发现与自身免疫有关的口腔粘膜病在临床上已屡见不鲜,如慢性盘状红斑狼疮、天疱疮、类天疱疮、舍格林氏综合征、白塞氏综合征以及结节病等。口腔粘膜病除一些疾病的病因较明确外,较多种疾病的病因仍不清楚。常见的口腔粘膜病及其临床特征(见下表2)。
