【制作过程】
①将带鱼去鳃、去内脏，洗净，斩成10厘米长的段。将黄芪、炒枳壳洗净，装入纱布袋中扎口。②锅上火，放入生油，将带鱼段放
入油锅中稍煎后，加入适量清水和药包、料酒、精盐、葱、姜，煮至鱼肉熟，拣去药包，挑出葱、姜，调好口味即成。
