肺腺癌
adenocarcinoma of lung

原发性肺癌的一种。发病率仅次于鳞癌。女性多见,多发生于肺周边小支气管的黏液腺,呈球形肿块,靠近胸膜。早期无明显症状,往往在X线检查时发现,生长较缓慢,但有的较早即发生血道转移。治疗可手术切除,对放射治疗敏感度差。
