汤底材料：冰点用仙草块或购买草药店所售仙草(草仔茶枝)自行炖煮
调味料：米酒 1/2杯
盐 1小匙
香油 1/2大匙
沾料：酱油 1大匙
蒜泥 1/2匙
香油 少许
辣椒 少许
制作：
(1)仙草先切成细块加1倍量的水(共约8杯)煮至溶化。
(2)鸡肉先川烫清洗备用，放入仙草汤底内，加入调味料煮约25分钟後，依序放入其他火锅料至煮熟後沾料食用即可。
若使用草仔茶枝自行炖煮，1包可煮30杯水，约需1小时才会出味，多馀的份量可备用。
