石蜈蚣、狗牙半枝、齿牙半枝莲(金华《常用中草药单方验方选编》)，金百脚、白脚蜈蚣、飞天蜈蚣、蜈蚣草、柏子兰(《浙江民间常用草药》)。
【来源】
为兰科植物蜈蚣兰的全草。
【植物形态】
蜈蚣兰 多年生常绿草本。茎细长匍匐，多节而质硬，分枝处疏生条状气根。叶互生，革质，稀疏排列成2行，线状披针形，长3～6毫米，叶鞘短，与茎合生。花小，淡红色，单生，有短梗与叶相对，有三角形小形苞片1～2片；萼片匙状长椭圆形，钝头；花瓣同形而较短，唇瓣背部有胞状的距，中裂片三角状卵形，全缘，锐头。蒴果长倒卵形。花期初夏。 附生于岩石上或树皮上。分布浙江等地。
【采集】
全年可采，鲜用或晒干。

【功用主治】
清热，解毒，止血。治口腔炎，副鼻窦炎，气管炎，咯血，肾盂肾炎。 ①金华《常用中草药单方验方选编》："清凉解毒，治口腔炎。" ②《浙江民间常用草药》："清热解毒，润肺止血。"
【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤，0.5～1两。
【选方】
①治小儿惊风：鲜蜈蚣兰五钱至一两。水煎服。 ②治气管炎、咯血：蜈蚣兰五钱。加冰糖炖服。 ③治慢性副鼻寞炎：蜈蚣兰一两。水煎冲黄酒服。 ④治肾盂肾炎：鲜蜈蚣兰一两。水煎服。(选方出《浙江民间常用草药》)
