本品为白色片。
【鉴别】
取本品的细粉适量（约相当于枸橼酸哌嗪0.5g），加水20ml，振摇使枸 橼酸哌嗪溶解，滤过，滤液照枸橼酸哌嗪项下的鉴别试验，显相同的反应。
【检查】
应符合片剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ A）。
【含量测定】
取本品20片，精密称定，研细，精密称取适量（约相当于枸橼酸哌嗪 0.1g），照枸橼酸哌嗪项下的方法测定，每1ml高氯酸滴定液(0.1mol/L)相当于12.21mg的 (C4H10N2)3.2C6H8O7.5H2O。
