| 走穴 艺人或戏班自发地到各地进行跑码头式的流动演出。演出经纪人称为穴头，起着演员和观众之间的中介作用。走穴有充分利用市场机制，掌握演出市场信息，采取灵活多样的组织形式，合理地利用演出资源，促进艺术生产和观众需求的作用。但也存在着没有很好的演出计划、编制预算，演职员私演私分、偷税漏税，穴头索要高价、牟取暴利，演出质量差等消极因素。走穴因未经政府文化行政管理部门批准，未经文化、工商行政管理部门注册登记，是不具备法人资格的私人经营的营业性演出，属非法行为。为了加强对演出市场的管理，中国文化部已对营业性组台（团）的演出作出了一系列规定。 |
