补充资料：急性子宫颈炎
急性子宫颈炎
最常见的原因是由淋菌引起，病原体累及宫颈黏膜腺体，沿黏膜表面扩散的浅层感染；其他病原体如链球菌、葡萄球菌、肠球菌可直接引起急性宫颈炎或继发于子宫内膜感染。链球菌及葡萄球菌侵入宫颈较深，链球菌侵入宫颈的淋巴通道可引起盆腔蜂窝织炎，多见于感染性流产或产褥感染。患急性宫颈炎者白带呈脓性、量多，可伴有腰背痛及下腹坠感，排尿症状可有尿频、尿急。有的患者有性交痛，亦可有轻度体温升高。检查时见宫颈充血、肿大，有脓性白带从宫颈口流出，量较多。急性宫颈炎患者应全身应用抗生素，不用局部治疗。
