《小儿推拿秘旨》 《小儿推拿秘旨》 推拿专著。又名《小儿推拿方脉活婴秘旨全书》、《小儿推拿活婴全书》。原书2卷（后人又将下卷再析为2卷）。明·龚廷贤撰。姚国祯补辑。刊于1604年。龚氏本为世医，有“医林状元”之誉，勤研《内》《难》，精通数科。在广泛搜集并总结前人有关小儿推拿按摩疗法成就的基础上，结合自家临床实践中的心得体会，编成此书。卷上首先详细论述小儿变蒸、惊风、诸疳、吐泻四病的病因病机及证治，其次叙述儿科的诊法、推拿手法、穴位及图并其他外治方法。卷下将儿科多种疾病编成歌诀、并载述各种疾病的方药治法。此书为现存推拿专著中年代较早而又较为完善之作。对后世影响颇大。现存明万历刻本、多种清刻本。1958年江苏人民出版社出版校订排印本。
