介入放射学技术。也称经皮经颈静脉肝内门体静脉分流术(TIPS),1969年最初由Rosch等首先报道。经颈静脉送入导丝,于门-腔静脉间经肝实质建立通道,并放入支架以形成永久性分流径路的治疗方式,以降低门脉压力,治疗顽固性的食管胃底静脉曲张出血及顽固性的腹水。该技术除常规导丝、导管、球囊扩张导管等外,需向建立的分流通道内置入支架,常用的有Z-型支架、Wallstent支架、Strecker支架等。
