喘息性支气管炎
asthmatoid bronchitis
是一临床综合征，系指婴幼儿时期有哮喘表现的下呼吸道感染。除具备支气管炎临床表现外，其特点为：①多见于3岁以下，常有湿疹或其他过敏史；②有类似哮喘症状：呼气性呼吸困难，肺部叩诊呈鼓音，听诊两肺满布哮鸣音及少量粗湿■音；③可有低热、白细胞增高等感染表现，但无明显中毒症状；④有反复发作倾向；少数病例在数年后可发展为支气管哮喘。
