鳞状上皮癌
又称"鳞状上皮细胞癌"。组织学结构与正常复层扁平上皮细胞相似的癌瘤。常见于子宫颈、阴茎、食管、皮肤等处，亦可在原无鳞状上皮处发生，如支气管及胆囊等。如向外生长，则形成菜花样肿块；如向深部浸润，则深部形成硬块，而表面溃破成溃疡，这种溃疡边缘高凸而坚硬，状如火山口。镜下可见片块和条索状的癌细胞团(癌巢）。癌巢的边缘能见到类似基底细胞的癌细胞，中间为相当于棘细胞的多边形癌细胞。分化好的鳞状细胞癌癌巢中心可有角化；分化不好的癌细胞排列不象鳞状上皮，癌巢周围间质中往往有淋巴细胞和浆细胞浸润。
