天竺黄 天竺黄 拼音名：Tianzhuhuang 英文名：CONCRETIO SILICEA BAMBUSAE 书页号：2000年版一部-43 本品为禾本科植物青皮竹Bambusa textilis McClure或华思劳竹 Schizostachyum chinense Rendle等杆内的分泌液干燥后的块状物。秋、冬二季采收。
【性状】
本品为不规则的片块或颗粒， 大小不一。表面灰蓝色、灰黄色或灰白 色，有的洁白色，半透明，略带光泽。体轻，质硬而脆，易破碎，吸湿性强。无臭，味 淡。
【鉴别】
(1) 取本品适量，炽灼灰化后，残渣中加盐酸与硝酸的等容混合液，滤 过，滤液加钼酸铵试液，振摇，再加硫酸亚铁试液，即显蓝色。 (2) 取滤纸 1片，加亚铁氰化钾试液 1滴，待干后，再加本品盐酸溶液 1滴、水10 滴与0. 1％茜红的乙醇溶液 1滴，置氨蒸气中熏后，滤纸上可见紫色斑中有红色的环。
【检查】
体积比 取本品中粉 10g，轻轻装入量筒内，体积不得少于35ml。 吸水量 取本品5g，加水50ml，放置片刻，用湿润后的滤纸滤过，所得滤液不得过 44ml。
【性味与归经】
甘，寒。归心、肝经。
【功能与主治】
清热豁痰，凉心定惊。用于热病神昏，中风痰迷， 小儿痰热惊 痫、抽搐、夜啼。
【用法与用量】
3 ～9g。
【贮藏】
密闭， 置干燥处。
