| 万古霉素 Vancomycini 可抑制细菌细胞壁的合成，对金黄色葡萄球菌、化脓链球菌、肺炎链球菌等作用强，对难辨校状芽孢杆菌、炭疽杆菌、白喉杆菌等作用也良好。与其他抗生素无交叉耐药性，极少耐药菌株。本品口服不吸收，静滴时必须先用注射用水溶解，滴注时间不得少于1小时。静滴过快有皮肤反应，浓度过高可致血栓性静脉炎；肌注可致剧烈疼痛，故不可肌注；有严重耳毒性及肾毒性，故只宜短期用于抢救。 |
