					The optical penetration depths and light attenuation characteristics for normal and adenomatous human colon mucosa/submucosa and normal and adenomatous human colon muscle layer/chorion tissues at 630 nm,680 nm,720 nm,780 nm,810 nm,850 nm and 890 nm wavelengths of Ti∶sapphire laser were studied,a double-integrating-spheres system and inverse adding-doubling(IAD) method were used in this experiment.
						
						利用反向倍增法(IAD),采用双积分球系统,研究了人正常结肠和结肠腺癌粘膜/粘膜下层以及正常结肠和结肠腺癌肌层/浆膜组织对630 nm,680 nm,720 nm,780 nm,810 nm,850 nm和890 nm的钛宝石激光的光学穿透深度和光衰减特性。

					The hole-trap effect of formate ions and the relationship between photoelectron decay characteristics and doping conditions were discussed.
						
						本文采用微波吸收介电谱检测技术,系统研究了甲酸根离子掺杂的立方体卤化银乳剂在35ps脉冲激光作用下所产生的光电子衰减行为,分析了甲酸根离子的空穴陷阱效应以及光电子衰减特性与掺杂条件的关系。

						不同衬底偏压下样品的光生载流子衰减特性分析表明,纳米SiC薄膜中光生载流子所经历纳秒级的快衰减过程关联于样品的辐射复合过程,该过程几率随衬底偏压增大而增加;在光生载流子慢衰减过程中,有两种缺陷形成的陷阱起主要作用,衬底偏压导致陷阱深度增加。
