卵巢癌联合药物化疗
卵巢癌联合药物化疗是同时用二种或二种以上(多为2～5种)药物进行治疗。是卵巢上皮癌最常用的化疗方法。其配伍的基本原则是：①每一药物单独应用时均对卵巢上皮癌有效；②各药具有不同的抗癌机制；③各药之间的疗效应具有相加或协同作用；④各药物的主要不良反应有所不同；⑤联合用药所引起的不良反应可被患者耐受，并在疗程间隔期间基本消失，以利下一疗程的重复进行。卵巢上皮癌目前常用的方案主要为以顺铂为主的联合化疗，如顺铂(PPD)＋环磷酰胺(CTX)，称PC方案，顺铂＋阿霉素(ADM)＋环磷酰胺称PAC方案，顺铂(或卡铂)＋泰素(Taxol)称PT方案等等。
