Rose operation
为1879年由Rose提出。根据曲线长于直线的原理，于裂隙两侧各作弧形切口，其凹面相对，自鼻底至红唇缘全层切开后分层缝合成一条直线，以增加上唇的长度，此法适用于轻度或裂隙较窄的单侧唇裂，且操作简单，但术后直线瘢痕收缩，对鼻部畸形亦未能加以修复。
