肺段
pulmonary segments
气管第三级分支及其所属肺组织构成的一个支气管肺段。呈锥体形，尖向肺门，是肺段支气管及血管出入的门户，即第三肺门。底朝肺表面各占有一定部位，与相邻肺段之间有结缔组织隔开。在段内，动脉与支气管伴行，静脉走行于肺段之间，可作为分界标志。因此，它是一个解剖结构与生理功能单位。一般将右肺分为10段，左肺分为8或10段。
