METHODS:Composite radial forearm-palmaris longus tendon flap was used in 5 cases,the flap was folded for repair of oral mucosa and external skin,palmaris longus tendon and the remaining orbicularis muscles were sutured so that oral contour and function could be achieved.
目的:探讨前臂桡侧-掌长肌腱复合瓣在唇颊部缺损修复中的应用价值,并对临床手术经验进行初步总结。

又称“鼓手麻痹”。指拇长伸肌腱在轻微外力作用下发生断裂。拇长伸肌腱是绕过桡骨远端背侧的Lister结节后，才进入手背到拇指去。一旦该结节附近的解剖学异常，如桡骨远端骨折后，均有可能因骨面不平滑，对肌腱有磨损作用，终于发生断裂。有时类风湿病亦有类似情况。治疗不宜缝合断裂的拇长伸肌，而改用示指固有伸肌移位术，常可取得良好效果。
