【材料】：香菇２０朵 白芝麻半两
ａ料：面粉１汤匙
太白粉５汤匙
ｂ料：五香粉少许
酱油１汤匙
酱油膏１汤匙
糖３汤匙
味素少许
【作法】：
１．香菇泡软洗净去蒂水挤乾，剪成条状备用。
２．白芝麻炒熟备用。
３．将作法１加材料ａ拌匀备用。
４．锅热倒入适量的油将作法３炸两次到香脆备用。
５．锅热倒入１匙油，油热后加材料ｂ及半碗水，煮成黏性后加作法４拌
匀撒下白芝麻即可。
