Over the last 5 years,our hospital has performed operative treatment on 119 cases of esophageal carcinoma across the aortic arch,among them 101 cases by means of radical operation,11 cases by palliative operation,and 7 cases by exploratory operation,with a removal rate of 94 1%,and with an operative mortality of 0%.
