子宫颈鳞状上皮化生
子宫颈上皮是由宫颈阴道部的鳞状上皮与宫颈管的柱状上皮共同组成，两者交界部位在子宫颈外口。当此鳞柱交界(又称移行带)下降到子宫颈阴道部时，暴露在阴道的柱状上皮受阴道酸性的影响，移行带柱状上皮下的未分化的储备细胞(reserve cell)开始增生，逐渐转化为鳞状上皮，继之柱状上皮脱落，而被复层鳞状上皮所替代，此过程称为子宫颈鳞状上皮化生。一般多见于子宫颈糜烂愈合过程中，愈合后的上皮与子宫颈阴道部的鳞状上皮无异。
